Waning Moon

Most people have tried to photograph the moon at some stage and for those who have an interest in the night sky, it makes a great subject. I have always found that 3 to 4 days either side of a full moon makes for the best image. This image was taken over Helmsley, 3 days after annual Harvest Moon.

*Please note, due to the aspect ratio of the image, not all of the paper will be filled with the image. This also allows you space to put a border around the image without losing any of the detail when framing.
