The Old Mill

Hidden away near Seatoller in the Lake District, this old mill has become somewhat of an iconic image to take. It is not the easiest of places to find and you will be faced with a decent walk along with having to climbing over a couple of fences. In my opinion this location is best to photograph in the Autumn when the colours are vibrant and after some rain which will fill up the stream. It can be a tricky composition to get right but it is one that should be on your bucket list.

*Please note, due to the aspect ratio of the image, not all of the paper will be filled with the image. This also allows you space to put a border around the image without losing any of the detail when framing.
